Notre gite 'Les Saules' fait parti de notre corps de ferme, classé 'site remarquable'. Il donne sur notre étang avec ses saules. Vous seriez au calme entouré de pommiers, moutons et poules. La 'Suisse Normande' est bien situé pour visiter Caen, Mont St Michel, les plages de débarquement et Honfleur. On a aussi une salle de jeux sur place avec tennis de table, billard et fléchettes. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. The property "Les Chambres de Capucine" of 1.4 ha crossed by a river (1st cat) rents a mill (Middle Ages) tastefully restored (10 people max). Its equipped kitchen allows you to eat in the dining area or on the terrace. Its garden (barbecue) with outdoor Jacuzzi and walks in shared spaces (orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula) close to the meadows of our two Highlands Cattle cows will enchant you. The petanque court on the banks of the river awaits you.
