The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

This 50 m2 house, recently renovated, is located in a large wooded park offering a quiet stay, while being 2 minutes from shops. The house consists of a living-dining room on the ground floor with a fully equipped open kitchen and a sofa bed.
