Dépendance de longère du XIX tout juste rénovée et transformée en maison indépendante. Un style unique au cœur d'un écrin de verdure ,parfait pour une retraite en pleine nature . Petit jardin privatif et accès commun grand jardin avec animaux de la ferme et potager. Le tout situé dans un hameau calme. A 5 min des commerces alimentaires , restaurants et crêperies A 25min des plages en voiture. Circuits de randonnée aux alentours . Zoo et golf sur la commune voisine . A 25 min de Lorient.

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Ideally located to visit South Finistère and Morbihan by car, the house is located 20 minutes from the beaches, 15-30 minutes from many tourist places and 5 minutes from the village of Rédéné by car. The house dates from the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2017. It has a large terrace and a wooded garden This is a non-smoking house, thank you.

The house consists on the ground floor of a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and sofa bed. In a longhouse, 2 refurbished rooms with equipped kitchen. Dining area and small TV area. The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars!
