Our stay in Allen and Heidi's guest house was fantastic. We were in town to attend our son's graduation from Clemson and their place is a little over 20 minutes from campus so the location was convenient. The house and property are beautiful, and we loved sitting out on the patio and strolling out on the dock to enjoy the view. The guest house accommodated our party of six comfortably. Thank you Heidi and Allen for going above and beyond to make our special occasion even more memorable.

Had a wonderful time! Great place, quiet and serene. Our lab swam for hours. We floated along side her. Couldn’t ask for better :)

We needed a comfortable place to stay at night between family get togethers and this was perfect. I really appreciated the brand new towels and linens left for us and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog along with us. Microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, coffee pot - everything we needed to be able to relax and make some easy meals between events. Would 100% stay here again.

The property n host were amazing. It is quiet, secluded & deep in the woods with a million dollar view - exactly what we wanted. We got there late after dark and it was challenging navigating somewhere new for the first time. GPS/WiFi is spotty until you get to the house so make sure u load directions before leaving the city with a cell signal. This can easily be overlooked when searching several properties on the Air B&B - 1) this rental is on the first floor, pass through the Ground-level second floor porch and go down the back steps - and 2) the house has everything you’d ever need except for an oven/stove (if you planned on cooking). Cathy has done a wonderful job decorating - and the homemade loaf of pumpkin bread makes it one of a kind rental. Oh and finally, we bought some bird food at the store and put it on the top of the deck railing - the colorful birds came non-stop and fully entertained my mother-in-law while sitting out on the back deck.

Tarsha’s place was exactly what we needed! I knew we would not be spending most of our time around Clemson’s campus so really just needed a convenient & comfortable place to land at the end of the evening. It was exactly that.

For anyone visiting the Seneca region, this accommodation is a must-stay! The relaxing atmosphere and stunning aesthetics exceeded my expectations, even surpassing the online photos. Due to the hosts' meticulous attention to detail, I immediately felt at home. The modern design was spot-on, and the entire space felt incredibly fresh and clean (I wish my home looked this way). A truly perfect experience! Plus the lake and the outdoor space is a dream! Seriously... you have to book this place! I will be back!

Very nice basement den , super clean, with full kitchen and outside area to relax . Private entry , completely privacy from the family. Very nice people, easy to communicate with !

Carolyn had a warm inviting space for people and for our dog. The place was spotless! This host went above and beyond accommodating for our group! We appreciate the kindness and hospitality. And our dog loved the amazing backyard to run and play.

What a special place! Jim and MJ had the place ready with snacks, water, coffee, and a bottle of wine! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed and make us feel at home. Beds were comfortable and the space was accommodating for our two families to share easily!

My family loved the place. The pool was incredible. We had a ton of fun over the weekend. Swimming, playing pool, and we made a fire in the fire pit and made s’mores. Communication was excellent and helpful.

This place was PERFECT! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed….. Comfy beds with nice linens, hair dryer and bathroom supplies, waters and coffee pods, fast WiFi and more. Johnny and Barbara are the nicest hosts! They said hello as we arrived, after which they made themselves available but also ensured we had adequate privacy. Five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always stay with Megan and Andrew when I’m in town! This is such a lovely Airbnb, it’s set up perfectly with everything you need, in a beautiful and quiet property/neighborhood and the hosts are so helpful.

My 3rd stay here. Nice accommodations. Very nice space, with friendly hosts. Exceptionally clean. Drinks and snacks were provided, which was thoughtful. On a beautiful part of Lake Hartwell. Bring your pole! Close to Hartwell and Lavonia.

Upon arrival we were immediately taken in by the beautiful neighborhood. There has to be landscaping wars in this neighborhood! The apartment/suite was so adorable and the shower pressure was an extra bonus! We don't normally sleep well when traveling, however, we felt safe and comfortable. we slept like babies!!! We had a wonderful time in Greenville at Vaughan's peaceful retreat. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. It is very clean and well stocked. You can tell Vaughan puts a lot of thought and care into the house to make sure his guests have a pleasant and peaceful stay. I definitely recommend that you book a stay here, you will 100% get your money's worth and have a great time!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house itself is surrounded by the most beautiful shaded trees. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. This was the first place I stayed where reality far exceeds what was shown in the pictures. If you are looking for a peaceful, serene, yet fun place to call home for a few days, this is it. We built fires every night, fished, kayaked, and got to see deer (one of our favorite animals). We would absolutely come back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family and I were in the area for my grandson’s graduation from Clemson University. We met our host, Bill, just after arriving. He was very friendly and helpful. The suite facing the lake was beautiful! We really enjoyed our time there and wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities. We would love to stay there again in the future.

A great place - we really enjoyed the stay. The unit was just as expected. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Joe and Shirley are responsive hosts and very kind. We would definitely stay again!

This place is beautiful, clean, and very enjoyable. I have definitely enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I felt right at home and felt safe.

We had a downright delightful time at Jean‘s place. We especially loved sittin’ out on the boat dock, just gazin’ at the water of Lake Hartwell or watchin’ the deer nibblin’ on the grass in the mornin’ and evenin’ hours. Wilma Jean‘s house has everythin’ you could need. Jean herself is just the sweetest, and it was a real joy to spend time with her. We’ll surely be back for more!
