Beautiful home and landscaping with an excellent view of the mountains. The home layout and furnishings are very comfortable for a family or friends gathering. The outdoor jacuzzi is great with the lovely view of the mountains. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. We would love to stay here again. David is a superior host. He replies quickly to any questions and he provides a very informative online house manual before you arrive.

Perfect location to go to Helen and near family friendly hikes to waterfalls which is what we wanted! Bonus the resort had a rodeo! Wish we stayed longer to enjoy more of the resort amenities! House was wonderful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this little cabin. The layout was perfect and there was no wasted space throughout the inside. In a very quiet place with nature all around. Saw deer each day. I would highly recommend for a quiet, private getaway for 2. If I had my own cabin in the mountains I’d want it built and designed like this. Thanks for the great stay.

Best Outdoor Escape for Families in GA Mountains

We had such an amazing time at Adventure Acres. The house is immaculate, the kitchen has everything you need, beds were so comfortable and there was something for everyone! Sometimes this can be difficult with the age differences of our kiddos..we traveled with our three boys- ages 22, 16, and 7 and they ALL had the best time. We spent days tubing and hiking and evenings grilling, sitting around the fire pit, and playing games (including a night time game of laser tag- so fun!!). This was just what our family needed to relax and reconnect. I could not recommend this place more. We will definitely be back..and for a longer stay next time! Thank you Jamie and Jennifer for sharing your home with us!

This stay was from start to finish AMAZING. The host communication was on point so quick with any questions you could ever have. The space was immediately clean and taken care of and so many extras inside for anything you would ever need that you forgot. Nice large property with a nice lake and pedal boat for you to use would be a perfect property if you had a family that needed space to enjoy. I was a single visitor and lived the fire pit outside and had a nightly fire to wind down thank you for a wonderful stay

This home was gorgeous and peaceful for our family vacation. We were relieved to find kid friendly dishes and cups, a high chair, and pack n play. Aliona stocked every bathroom with plenty of towels, q tips, make up remover wipes, and flossers. The house smelled fresh always and was easy to vacuum each day after use. We enjoyed the lake, hot tub, and family games downstairs. The neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves too. Thank you for giving us a home to make beautiful memories together this week!

Our stay at Top Notch Treehouse was fantastic! The space was perfect, the design and quality of the treehouse was awesome as well. It was private, but very close to great dining options, and not very far at all from metro Atlanta. Already looking at dates for our next weekend stay! Sherry is a great host and was super communicative, making it a no-brainer to come back when we are in the area. 10/10 recommend.
