Awesome Spot! Nice Grill for Steak and a cool fire pit for some smores! Just be careful of the sprinklers turning on at night while your making smores!!!

“Adventure awaits” was an incredible value, especially for the quality. Every possible aspect of this property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, pots, pans and serving sets with quality appliances. The bathrooms were beautiful with towels galore. Bedrooms were spacious. The patio … peaceful. The hosts were kind and quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay! Just as described. We stayed with our kiddos for the night and it was perfect for us.

The place was perfect for a week long stay. The air conditioning they have works well as it was 90 outside and we were very comfortable even being used to the Michigan cold. Really had no complaints and I even give them props for having REAL toilet paper instead of the usual single ply, as a man I appreciated that more than anything, it’s the smalls things! The neighborhood is a tad weird looking (probably just out of state syndrome) but it’s definitely a safe neighborhood otherwise the neighbors wouldn’t have their fun stuff just sitting out ready to be stolen so easy, so definitely very calm and safe from what we saw while there.

Everything about this place is perfect. Beautiful design and decorated so nicely. We especially enjoyed the upper deck and watching the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back! Thank you for being such a a responsive host.

Very clean, quiet home. The 4 bedrooms fit our family sleeping arrangements perfectly. During the hot days the central air made the house very comfortable.

We had a great time staying at Jami’s place. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the home is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Jessica was a wonderful host. The place was perfect, exactly as described. Without getting into any details she helped save my weekend and I am truly grateful to her for that. Extremely responsive and this will be one of my go to places to look for the next time I'm in Grand Junction.

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

We felt so at home at the Red Tail Roost Tiny Home! Dorothy was so proactive and reached out to answer any questions and left us snacks upon our arrival! The place was exactly as described and in the heat of the summer stayed really nice and cool. It was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of Grand Junction but was close enough to quickly run to for groceries. The bed was so very comfortable!! Will definitely be back if we pass through GJ again!!

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivos in grand Junction, beautiful surroundings and the farm animals were a nice bonus. Enjoyed visiting with the owners as they were busy baling and stacking hay for their animals, very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice area.

I needed a place to stay in GJ while I attended a seminar for K9 handlers at CMU's Forensic Research Station and dreaded staying at the local Motel 6 (stayed there last time in GJ, horrible); for not much more than a chain motel Glen's place is a spectacular bargain, and supremely dog friendly (huge dog run with a gorgeous view), comfortable etc. While Glen was out of town during my stay, the super-friendly next door neighbor was willing to help me with anything I needed. Will def stay here again!

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and exactly as described. You can tell the host has put a lot of care into maintaining the space—everything felt fresh and well-kept. It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amazing Airbnb!!! We have stayed twice now! Both trips have been one nighters on our way back from a week at Lake Powell. We are tired travelers looking for a place to relax, eat dinner and catch a night of sleep before finishing our trek. Laura’s place gives us everything we need. It is perfect for groups to hang out inside or out and be comfortable. While we have not stayed specifically for a visit to Palisade, I know it would be perfect for that as well. We recently spent a weekend staying with friends in Palisade and had a great time enjoying the local wines. While sitting at the Blue Beryl Winery enjoying a few glasses, we suddenly noticed that directly across the street was Laura’s Airbnb. That spoke to how amazing the place would be for a wine tasting adventure in Palisade. I highly recommend Laura’s home should you be looking g ft or a place to stay in Palisade for whatever reason. You will not find a more comfortable spot.
