Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Harzentdecker; als Wanderer, Skifahrer, Biker, Autofahrer oder gemütlich mit den Harzer Schmalspur-Bahnen. Entfernung zu Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Gaststätte ca. 500 m. WLAN kostenfrei. Wäscheservice nach Vereinbarung.

We strive to make you as pleasant as possible here ... :) Security deposit (350€) upon arrival after visiting the apartment.

In close proximity there is a supermarket, with butcher and bakery, a cafe, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is on the A 38 with a direct exit. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.
