Pacific House, Entire House of 140sqm. Foligno

From Pacific House, you can easily reach the most beautiful Umbrian locations. The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

From the rooms, on the upper floor, you can enjoy a suggestive panorama dominated by the Rocca Minore and what remains of the same Amphitheater. "IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
