The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we booked to the moment we finished our holiday Angela and Rodolfo were the warmest and kindest hosts. From offering to pick us up from the station and then drop us off at the end of the week, to the thoughtful gifts to welcome us to their beautiful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed for a weeks break and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and made even more stunning by the gorgeous weather we were blessed with all week. We decided not to hire a car choosing instead to walk into Bellano each day and used the boats to ferry us across to a few of the other towns around Lake Como. This was a great way to see and experience Bellano and surrounding area but it was quite hilly though so a car, moped or bike would be recommended if you aren’t up for a 30 minute walk each way and a little bit of hill/stair climbing. This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

We can only recommend a stay at Daniela's place! The apartment has recently been renovated, has plenty of daylight and a nice view on Lake Como and the mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and extra bed linnen. Which was very convenient for our 2-month stay with baby. We did not hear much from the traffic but it took us two days to get used to the church bells. It's a good thing they're off during the night ;-) We found an interesting and diverse landscape with both relaxing at the lake and challenging mountain tours. (We recommend the tours around San Martino, Albigna Lake and Monte Resegone and a hike to Rifugio Uschione or Osteria Alpina for a good lunch) Daniela and here family are excellent hosts. They were quick and easy in their communication and always made an effort to help out. And thanks to their welcoming and kind gestures we really felt at home.

We were greeted very nicely and our suitcases were carried to the apartment. Very familiar and courteous. We felt very comfortable!

The view is adorable. The location is the best. Car park is crucial to enjoy your stay and it was available upon request for free.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

The accommodation is located in the village on the hillside with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was very quiet with us, you could only hear a rooster and donkey from the neighborhood. On foot, you can quickly reach cafés, restaurants and a small supermarket and of course the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. We would mist definitely visit again.

Matteo’s place is a very nice apartment in a great location, super convenient to go around, also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Worth it!

Beautiful little refugio away from it all, super peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook meals at home, relax, and enjoy the beautiful garden and surroundings. Loved this remote respite!

Marco and his team are very friendly and helpful (in German!). The apartment was very clean! Air conditioning is needed on hot days, which costs extra, but that's fair and okay in my eyes! The pool is great and the outdoor facilities are in top condition. You have to walk about 30 minutes to the lake. A supermarket can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.
