Home away from Home ❤️ loved the town that was walkable to everything. After two busy days in Rome, my husband and I enjoy walking to wineries, finding hidden churches and eating at the wonderful local restaurants. This Airbnb is a true gem ! Grazie- The Mixon Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

We spent an amazing six days at the property and loved our stay. The check in was very smooth and Fede met us on arrival and explained everything to us very clearly. Ale took over for the rest of our stay and could not have been more attentive. He helped organise a wine tasting for us and also arranged to have a chef come to the house to give us a cooking lesson and eat a delicious traditional Tuscan meal. One of our cars would not start one day and Ale even offered to take a leave of absence from work to try and come and help. He really went above and beyond to help with recommendations of places to visit, local restaurants etc. We loved the terrace area for enjoying breakfast and lunch and found the beds very comfortable. The living area was also nice and cool despite the high temperatures. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Altogether a great holiday in a beautiful part of the country.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Sara was super helpful in accommodating us at different times, as we were a group of 7 people with different arrival times at the apartment. Cleanliness at the top and beautiful pool with super well-kept garden. The location is excellent for visiting the most beautiful villages in Tuscany!

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's accommodation. The accommodation is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano with views of the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park at a discount in the parking lot next door through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

My parents stayed at Franco’s for the second time and loved it again. Franco gave great recommendations for the area and events that were taking place at the time. The accommodation was very clean, and the location is simply beautiful. You have everything you need, and it’s a perfect starting point for activities. Would highly recommend it. We loved staying at Bryan and Marina’s beautiful place. It was in an idyllic place, overlooking the valley, with lush garden surrounds. The atmosphere was rustic snd peaceful but we had everything we needed. With a car, we were able to explore the area (Siena, Lucca, Florence), with some great local dining options. Bryan and Marina were helpful and friendly, but Aldo left us to do our own thing. What a beautiful place they have created together.

I have no words to describe how wonderful time we had staying at Daniela's apartment during our visit to Toscana. Daniela and her husband are so friendly and she welcome us with a delicious cake. The apartment is perfect beautiful and very clean and it's located in a Borgo where we could enjoy the local Toscany atmosphere. Thanks again Daniela!

All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated the check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, plates, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Somewhat annoying is the squeaky gas heater and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great place to stay with a very nice and accommodating host.

Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly

Wonderful Air Bnb inside central San Gimignano. Everything you need is a short walk away. Beautiful surroundings. Very clean Air Bnb. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very appreciated!! The hosts went above and beyond with immediate response time and providing assistance. I highly recommend!!
