Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Colle di Val d'Elsa

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment! Perfect for me and my friend! Very spacious and two bathrooms .. lovely stylish interior with beautiful windows looking out to the street of the Piazza. Very central and beautiful experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our communication with Rosella was excellent. She always responded to our questions quickly and gave us informative answers. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very well situated in a quiet leafy complex off of a side road. The property is extremely well situated with all the beautiful sites of central Florence within walking distance. We strongly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit central Florence and hope to return ourselves in the near future.

Siena is a city that steals your heart, and this Airbnb made our experience even more special. The beautiful scenery was a standout, stunning vistas of the Tuscan landscape and the charm of the historic city were right at our doorstep. This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Casa Ventura was a wonderful place! If you are visiting Florence and want to be close to the city center, but in a lush upscale neighborhood, walking distance to all Florence has to offer, book this gem! It was so tasteful, and well appointed. Every detail was thought of and made our stay very comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

David was a great host. Super responsive. Location was excellent. Apartment had lots of light. Close enough to everything, and just outside the zone of constant traffic. Quiet.

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

What a fantastic property. Simona was great in offering recommendations in the area. The property itself is very modern and clean and in a great location to walk to many restaurants and the sites to see in Florence. Would definitely like to go back again. Recommend staying here.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wonderful stay in San Gimignano We felt very comfortable in Aurora's apartment from the first moment. The handover was cordial and uncomplicated. We would like to highlight Giacomo's great recommendations - many of which we were able to implement and thus discovered some real highlights. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and is in a top location: In just 5 minutes you are in the middle of the historic center of San Gimignano. Parking was also completely unproblematic - there were plenty of free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
