We clean thoroughly by the highest standards. This is a beautiful historic home. Hardwood floors throughout. Lg rooms with lots of light. There is much to see blocks away. Visitor’s Center and the Library across the street. Just 25 minutes away from Nashville, IN, and 50 minutes from Downtown Indy. We provide all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Maker and Keurig. Even a blender. There is an electric fireplace and a relaxing enclosed porch.

The Irwin Groundskeeper's Cottage was a perfect place for our stay in Columbus, IN. All of the places we visited in town were within easy walking distance. Proximity to the Irwin Garden Inn was ideal, as several members of our group were staying there. The cottage was the perfect base-camp for our exploring of Columbus, and the surrounding region. We feel so fortunate to have found it!

Bill and Janet's Mayor's Suite was just what we needed for our 2-night stay in Columbus. It was easy in every way.... parking right out front, clear instructions on entering and using the keypad, full linens, and choice of bedrooms. This suite was cozy and homey, yet much larger than we imagined. The beautiful tree-lined street is a quick walk into town, just a few blocks away! We were in town for a lecture at IU School of Art, Arch + Design, and staying at the Mayor's Suite made our visit even better than expected. Thank you!
