The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. Newly renovated home perfect for party animals or families and actual animals to spread out with plenty of parking on 2.37 acres. Yes, I said PARTY!!! As a manager in this space it feels good to have a place people can party at without issue. Smart TVs are connected to Wifi and have local channels.
