The property benefits from a gym, pool table, illuminated petanque court, 6 mountain bikes and ping pong table. The place enjoys a privileged proximity to the forest where walking and hunting are allowed. A quiet place is also provided outside the terrace to enjoy around a wood stove with a nice view. The pool is heated. Two tables are provided outside for meals: near the pool or in the garden. A Carrefour Market is 2 km away, easily accessible by bike for extra shopping. It's my house, I love it and have completely renovated it to be a peaceful oasis. There's my decor, my objects, and my wine and whiskey collections. I will not remove anything, so I only want to rent it to people who will take care of it as if it were their home and more, so no parties or bachelor parties. It's just a place to meet with the ones you love. Soissons train station is 6 km away and the place is hardly imaginable without a car. I'm not asking for a deposit to stick with the philosophy of my house, which is to trust.

Located on the lower level of the main house, the apartment offers a quiet and intimate atmosphere, like a small nest in the heart of a wooded setting. It is set at garden level / semi-basement level: this keeps it naturally cool in summer, although it may be less bright than an apartment on an upper floor.
