Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Concan

We LOVED Paula's place. It was more than perfect for us a family of 4. The house was stocked well with everything needed to cook family meals. We really enjoyed the closeness of the Guadalupe River. My kids really enjoyed the canoe & fishing. The property was beautiful & peaceful. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a disconnect from city life.

Mary and Ken’s wildlife ranch is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It’s private, serene, perfectly situated in hill country, just outside of Fredericksburg. The home itself has everything you need and is the best stocked Airbnb I have ever encountered. The wildlife was amazing… we easily counted over 60 wild deer each day coming and going, as well as wild hog, turkey, and many birds. As an Airbnb host this is the level of hosting I strive for… they have thought of everything and ensure that you are well looked after; they are kind and generous hosts. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a getaway away from the crowd, but close enough to go to town if you want to.

Overall, it was a great stay! Very responsive and very helpful! Aside from a few unexpected critters everything was clean. The space was well kept and the outside fire pit was amazing to use! Loved staying here would definitely be open to staying here again if ever in Fredericksburg!

This is one of our favorite summer trips! The house is comfortable and plenty spacious! And the water and surroundings are beautiful and keep us and the kids busy for plenty of days. We will be back! Thanks Ian!

The river is beautiful! Can spend all day walking down it and watching the fish and large variety of birds! A really great spot for skipping rocks and just enjoying nature!

The house is nice and cozy. you immediately feel at home, the lake is very low. there's no way to swim in it. if you're looking to walk around and have a hiking adventure then you're in luck at Pebble Creek Park. there's nice restaurants and bars and around Dollar general is about 4. Melissa has great communication skills, we really enjoyed the pool that has a gazebo over the top of it and a barbecue pit right next to it. overall we had an amazing time, it was quiet and we were able to hang out, relax and have a great time. they had plenty of supplies inside for us as well. as in towels, toilet paper, soaps and etc. Overall, it was very worth it

Amazing ! Will definitely stay here again ! Home was very peaceful and relaxing after very long day at the softball fields. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place !

We just returned from our trip and absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our needs. We had 6 boys and 6 girls so the boys stayed upstairs in the bigger room and the girls split between the other 2 guest bedrooms. We occupied the primary suite. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I loved having the extra refrigerator in the laundry room! Plenty of games to play outside to keep everyone busy. Also loved the backyard and deer. Again, it was perfect for a large group! Would definitely recommend.

Stay was nice and quiet. I was there for 3 days of infusions and my dr office. It was clean and quiet location. Only it was a little smaller than expected. But it was just us 2. Just needed a place to hang up clothes and mirror where you washed your hands. So that I could put my makeup on and see. Other than that no big complaints. Thank to them for the quick response on answering questions.

Shelly’s place was lovely and a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner, and enjoy shopping in downtown area several times and always felt safe. Her place was very clean and just like the descriptions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying in the Austin 412 airbnbs! It was great for an anniversary trip a few years ago for just my husband and I, and was great for bringing our daughter this time around. We booked a 1st floor accommodation this time since we had the baby with us and did not hear the upstairs neighbors at all. It’s a great location, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and ya gotta love a good hot tub. The hosting company is extremely responsive. I’m sure we will stay here again in the future!

This place is a gem! So quiet, peaceful and private! Every possible amenity was provided - if I had forgotten to pack anything I would have had no need to worry, the Compartment has it all. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly; they gave us great dinner recommendations and were flexible with check-out. Watching the deer in the evenings is a must, and the deck has been recently updated to include a small pool which is perfect for taking a dip on a warm summer evening. My only regret was that I didn't book our stay for longer!

Mike was an excellent host. Loved all the amenities and extras provided. Large shower. Would recommend and stay again. We were able to see the deer, squirrels, cardinals and more while we were there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our family reunion in Hunt, TX. It had everything we needed and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Roger, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Overall, a nice place. It was clean and well decorated. It's not too far from downtown and there are a lot of things to do in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend staying there!

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I felt very at home and comfortable. The space was gorgeous and the design was well thought out. Everything matched the photos and the amenities that were listed were all there and available for use. Fully planning to book again!

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.

My wife and I booked this for our 1 year anniversary. We wanted to be on Main St. so I could have a few drinks and not have to worry about getting us home! And this place delivered. We were tucked away from the noise (even though the Crawfish Festival was across the street) and loved it. Every time we were on the strip shopping or drinking and had to use the restroom, we could just dip back to the apartment. And we never had to move the car for the whole weekend! This apartment is amazing. We were so happy with how clean it was, that there was a full on fridge and microwave AND wine fridge for our purchases. Just perfectly decorated and again, quiet! You'll have to be fast and book it because once the word is out on this place or if we want the place for a weekend, it'll be booked Quick, Fast, and in a Hurry!
