Holiday rentals with lake access in Conway

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

We had a fantastic stay at Mark’s place! Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and perfect for our ski getaway. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. It was also great for the kids, with plenty of room (including a game room in the basement) and thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We stayed at this home for our wedding weekend and were genuinely impressed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The hot tub heated quickly and worked great, the showers had excellent water pressure, and there were practical extras throughout the house like hair ties, toiletries, and more than enough towels. The house was cozy and every detail felt well-considered. We’re already talking about coming back for a future trip. This was the perfect place to stay.

We had a great week at the cabin! The view is amazing and it was so relaxing. Courtney was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway in a beautiful setting.

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

The house was great! Clean, spacious, and well equipped for dogs and kids. Really everything you need for small kids - toys, books, travel cribs, bed rails, and furniture covers. Beautiful views from the porch. Close to Storyland and North Conway. Cozy, comfortable, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook for your family!

we had a great time! the house was very clean and the location was perfect. just a short walk to the lake, which was very peaceful. the host was responsive and answered all of our questions.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

The place was perfect for my family of 4. Minutes from Pleasant mountain. Place was very clean with everything we needed. Jakov was also great a communicating with us. Highly Recommend

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Sandra has made a beautiful apartment. My girlfriend at that time and I looked around and thought, “yup, we could live here.” Not long after that she became my fiancé (I proposed); and to celebrate Sandra recommended a fine restaurant called the Pondicherry House, which delivered 10/10 food and a special small town clap and congratulations to us. Won’t get that in the big city.. The weekend was very wonderful. It’s a special little town and Sandra gave us great pointers. Including offering us her lawn chairs for a local festival… everything walking distance! If you want a small town feel with nice restaurants, trails and lakes - all locally - and then even more shops and food a short 35 minute ride away (in North Conway, NH), this is your spot. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful space right on the lake! I appreciated Christine's responsiveness, and the kindled firepit was a great touch. Highly recommend!

We all had a wonderful time at the cottage! Beautiful location on the water super cute cottage perfect for what we need hoping to return next year!

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

We had a truly lovely stay at this cozy lakeside cabin. The setting is everything you’d hope for—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. Mornings were magical, with beautiful sunrises enjoyed from the porch. We took the canoe out at sunset and it was just perfect—calm water, glowing skies, and total serenity. The cabin is simple, clean, and full of character. We felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down and soak in the beauty of nature.

Janet’s place in Standish was great and we could not have asked for a better host. Apart from the home itself, Janet was very friendly and responsive. She even proactively offered early check in / late check out, extremely unexpected and appreciated! Would absolutely recommend this BNB 10 times out of 10.

The cottage was excellent! Exactly what we needed to ski and explore the White Mountains. Very comfortable and cozy.

Cheryl's home is cosy and quiet, and the photos don't quite do the place justice. It's an amazing spot since you can walk into town and access the trails to Pondicherry Park, and it's back off the road enough to feel private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and especially the cupcakes that were there upon our arrival.

We stayed there for a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion with my family. The location was great. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful walk around the neighborhood in the am and everyone was very friendly. Craig was very responsive and detailed with everything we needed for check in and check out. Would highly recommend and hope to come back ourselves sometime!

This space is functional, cute, and clean. There are clear instructions throughout and the host communicated well. The location is excellent too - just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is very small but cute and convenient. And the house is well stocked (cookware, blankets, etc). Overall, we had a great stay, it's a great deal, and we'd happily stay there again! The only SMALL caveat is that there are house rules, including that you're expecting to clean up after yourselves (not allowed to eat or drink in the living room, asked to strip beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher, take the trash and recycling out before you leave). This is in addition to a cleaning fee. This is common for AirBnBs and was fine for our group! We'd be happy to stay there again, it's just worth mentioning that you should make sure you have time for that on check out day. Even with the cleaning fee, this is a great deal and I highly recommend this house!
