Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.
