Parkplatz auf dem Hof, rechts neben dem Haus. 3km von der Altstadt. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine Suite in einem Einfamilienhaus (Bungalow) wo unsere Familie selber wohnt. Achtung: Wir haben zwei liebe Hunde (Lilli, und Berry), die unseren Gästen gerne begrüßen.

Dear guests, the fully equipped ground floor apartment is located in Marienau (district of Coppenbrügge). The 75sqm apartment offers: -a bedroom (1x double bed 180x200), -an open living-dining area with 2 comfortable sofas (2x sofa bed's à 145x195) -an open kitchen -a bath -a terrace Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (except on the terrace)! Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house (parking lanes).

Relax with family or friends at this harmonious place to stay. We don't have a nice view, but we do have a private outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with a TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. the end of September (depending on the weather). Winter promotion from November to March: From 2 nights you will receive a 20 euro voucher for the Ith-Sole-Therme in Salzhemmendorf :-) Pets on request.

The property is located in Wedemark. The S4 railway line runs within reach and connects you to local and long-distance public transport. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, two supermarkets, a bakery, a cafe and a doctor. Many leisure activities nearby, for children the Rastiland, the Wisentgehege. The Harz Mountains, Steinhuder Meer and Weserbergland are quickly and easily accessible. A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

The bright apartment in the center of town is newly renovated, modernly furnished and can accommodate 2 people. Hikes through the Ith, the other heights of the Weser Uplands, city tours to Hameln, Bodenwerder or Bad Münder, as well as relaxation in the Ith-Sole Therme are very close.
