The open-plan 50 m² apartment is located in the attic of our old farmhouse and was newly built by 2017. The old roof beams, clay plaster walls and furniture provide a cozy rustic flair. Four large skylights illuminate the former dovecote and offer beautiful views of the Deister-Sünteltal. The latest technology, such as 2 induction cooktops, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and much more, is included. The separate daylight bathroom offers a large bathtub with shower zone, as well as a washing machine.

Relax with your family or friends at this harmonious place. Although we do not have a nice view, we do have a privacy-protected outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. At the end of September (depending on weather conditions). Winter promotion from November to March: For 2 nights or more, you will receive a 20 Euro voucher for the Ith-Sole-Therme in Salzhemmendorf :-) Pets on request.

The property is accessible through a separate entrance. It is very bright and designed with parquet flooring. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer combination. A toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also provided. Hikes through the Ith, the other heights of the Weser Uplands, city tours to Hameln, Bodenwerder or Bad Münder, as well as relaxation in the Ith-Sole Therme are very close.

This apartment is located in a two-family house. We live in the apartment on the ground floor, while the upper apartment is available for you. The apartment has a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun on warm days. The view from the window invites you to relax. The Deister can be reached on foot in a few minutes, inviting you to take a beautiful walk.
