Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coralville

This place was great. Perfect for getting creative when you are staying in Iowa City. The space was much bigger than expected. Hosts friendly and responsive. Cool things to do in the building.

We couldn’t wait to write our review of Ryan’s wonderful condo. From the initial reservation to the final check out Ryan’s communication has been as good as we have ever had for an Airbnb. we picked this spot for its proximity to the University of Iowa campus as we were there for a graduation. We quickly noticed its incredible closeness to Kinnick Stadium, and The University of Iowa hospitals. I can see where it would be popular on game weekends. The condo had all of the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. If I could do more than five stars I would. We looked at a number of different locations to stay and are so glad we landed on this one. You should too you won’t be disappointed.

Jeni’s apartment served our purposes just fine. It was clean and convenient to the university. I recommend for anyone coming to the area.

Totally will use them again in the future. We used the rental for our churches anniversary young guest speakers. They loved the area, had a great time in the pool and whirlpool!

I had a really wonderful time at Heidi and Jordan's property. I was there for a three-week writer's workshop, so I needed a quiet, peaceful place within walking distance from the University of Iowa and the downtown area. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-designed. I was even taking notes for how I could renovate my own place back home, and the hosts were always very responsive and helpful. What I liked best about this apartment is that they have managed to strike the perfect balance between homey and professional--it was like staying with a close friend, but that friend also has a degree in hospitality management haha. In other words, everything I could have possibly needed as a guest was already available, such as coffee, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a detailed instructions manual. At the same time, there were a lot of lovely home touches, such as gentle Aveeno soaps, extra blankets, and cheerful decor. I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you, Heidi and Jordan!

Fabulous downtown view, light and bright. Large and spacious on a quiet street. Plenty of off street parking. Loved it!

We had a great weekend getaway at Julie’s Air bnb! Very clean and beautiful historic home.

This place is perfect for a family to enjoy the area. Clean, updated, and the host offered everything for the best possible stay. Our daughter was graduating from the University of Iowa and the location for perfect while fitting my family comfortably. The kitchen had all the things you need, as we cooked most meals, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked in case you forgot anything. As my son said, "Dad, they thought of everything!". The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need, grocery store and restaurants all within 1-mile. We would definitely stay here again and so should you.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting family in Cedar Rapids. We love the location and the home. It is very comfortable and in a beautiful area. Roy is always super responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend and we will book every time we are in Cedar Rapids!

Mark’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples. The house was super clean and decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We just had quick breakfasts in the home but for anyone wanting to dine in the kitchen was very well equipped. Mark was very responsive to any of our inquiries….highly recommend Mark’s place.

We were in town for a wrestling clinic at the college and we felt right at home. There are many things to do within a short drive. We did some hiking every day and dined out at some pretty fantastic restaurants. Everybody was friendly and it was easy to get around town. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Brady’s place! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Exactly what we were looking for. A place that allowed our dogs and was centrally located in Cedar Rapids. Communication was great and place was clean and comfortable.

An absolutely charming home, in character with a charming residential neighborhood, located a very short walk (less than two blocks) from an excellent and scenic neighborhood cafe/bakery, and located within striking distance from the heart of downtown, but still quiet. It was well-appointed, with all amenities, easy access and on-site parking. This was one of the most user-friendly experiences I have had at an Airbnb rental. Angela was proactive in communicating, accessible via text and phone and friendly and welcoming.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Great location. Walkable to local restaurants and stores. Condo was well equipped with everything you’d need including water, coffee, cooking utensils and supplies and extra cleaning supplies. Comfortable bed and linens. We felt at home during our stay.
