A superb base for exploring and 'getting away from it all' in rural France, while remaining close to amazing sights and 5 mins from amenities.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time to unwind, breath in the some of the cleanest air in France, then this is the place for you. Surrounded by forest, lakes and trails you can explore to your hearts content. There are hamlets andl farms dotted around the unspoilt Limousine countryside and when it's dark, sit on the patio, or by the pool after a swim, enjoy an apero and be thrilled by the myriads of stars in the clear night sky! And, this is an excellent base to explore from!

On the facade of the main house, in the heart of the village, nothing suggests the presence of the small house. Between the courtyard and garden, at the top of the stone staircase, a guest house awaits you overlooking a shaded garden that is not overlooked. If the courtyard is a space for meeting and socializing with the locals, the garden will allow you to enjoy a space of intimacy, a green setting overlooking the village where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the hammock.

4-person gîte in Martel

Close to the Centre de Martel (10 minute walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other tourist opportunities around. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the BBQ or plancha.

Gîte for 4 people. Located near Terrasson, Sarlat, Montignac, the Lascaux caves and plenty of beautiful villages to discover. 1 Bedroom, 1 living/dining room with sofa bed. TOILETRIES NOT PROVIDED, BED LINEN NOT PROVIDED (possibility of rental €10) 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom with washing machine and 1 terrace with plancha. weekly rental July – August (Saturday to Saturday) €30 CLEANING FEE if you do not want to do it before you leave

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.

Many discoveries await you: The Dordogne and its dams, the chain of volcanoes of the Massif Central: from Puy de Dôme to Puy Mary...Salers...as well as magnificent hikes!
