Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Built in 2021, located at the entrance of the Regional Natural Park, on the heights of the medieval village of Corrèze with shops, the P'tit Sapin can accommodate up to 5 people.
