Pleasant little cottage located in the middle of the forest, on the edge of a beautiful fish pond and a beautiful small river. This natural and preserved site, with an enchanting panorama, is a real haven of peace and relaxation. Lovers of nature, tranquility, fishermen, hikers, mushroom pickers... all will find happiness there. 5 km from the cottage you can enjoy a beautiful lake with sandy beach, supervised swimming and water games. The village of Beynat with all its shops is 3 km away

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

Combe Prunde presents itself as an idyllic, isolated and quiet place for all people who like to spend their time in unspoiled nature and who appreciate being alone with nature to observe it or to rest thoroughly. Located near the large pond, the cottage offers, with its three bedrooms, enough space for up to 6 people. During the high season (mid-June to mid-September), we only rent the cottage by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
