We loved the stay at this beautifully and thoughtfully restored house, with enough rooms and space for an even bigger crowd. We marvelled at the collections of all kind of objects, nicely placed around the house and at the rooms, each with a different theme and colour. The kitchen came fully equipped, parking was just outside the front door and there‘s a fenced in garden in the back, that kids and dog loved! A bakery for fresh bread on sunday morning sits just around the corner. Linnens and towels come at extra costs, but that is mentioned before you get there and you can choose. We liked it a lot and can very much recommend Fabienne‘s place!

We had a wonderful stay at Chantal’s place. Every day we started with breakfast with an amazing view from the terrace. During the day we went out to visit some of beautiful villages. And in the afternoon our boys (and us) couldn’t get enough of the pool. And most evenings we would enjoy dinner from the plancha in the outside kitchen. Lastly, Chantal is a great host: always super friendly & helpful and quick to respond. We’ll definitely recommend Chantal’s place to all of our friends!

We had a marvelous time on our visit here. The house is delightful and there are many interesting places nearby to explore. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house overlooks the town and the view is very appealing. We watched the lights go on in the town below us many evenings after dinner. The pool area also has a nice view of the town and it was a very nice place to spend time during the day. The main floor is serviced by an air conditioning unit that did a good job keeping things comfortable even on very warm days. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking implements and meal preparation was a pleasure. The hosts were very responsive to our needs during our visit. All in all, we are very glad we chose to stay here.

A very beautiful family home located in a quiet area, lots of charm and a beautiful exterior. In addition, Felix was a considerate and accommodating host!

We had the most wonderful holiday in Marcillac. The location is beautiful and peaceful whilst in very easy walking distance to everything you need (2 small supermarkets, a couple of restaurants and a fabulous boulangerie for daily bread and pastries). The enormous garden is a treat, as is the beautifully clean pool. Inside is lovely too but we spent all our time outdoors thanks to great weather. We walked to the lake a couple of times to do water sports which is a lot of fun and found some real treasurers within an hour's drive (our favourite being a canoe down the Dordogne from Argentat). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday let for a relaxing family trip offered by a family who are friendly and attentive.

We had fantastic holiday at Grange de Bizac! François & Helène's place is even more beautiful than the photos. The village of St Geniès is the very essence of the fantasy French village that every English traveller imagines, from beautiful ancient stone buildings, a gorgeous bakery selling croissants to a fabulous Sunday market every week. The department of the Perigord Noir is an incredible place to explore, with more Chateaux and castles, rivers and the incredible Lascaux caves just 15 minutes away. The house is lived in and loved by François and Hélène has been in the family for generations, it was a real privilege to be able to share such a special place. The living area is huge, both and outdoors. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and generously provisioned. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and the black-out shutters excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. The garden is enormous with a woodland, orchard area and a wildflower meadow. We loved it!

We had a great stay, without any false notes: warm and caring welcome, quiet, peaceful, green environment, house with lots of character, character, a house that has a history, a soul, excellent level of equipment, including cooking! Very good stay. The location allows you to walk to the center, it's very nice. Walk along the Dordogne Martine is very responsive and very friendly. We had a lovely week's vacation.

We were very well received at the Léonce Blanc house. We had a great time. The property is splendid. The house, refurbished, is very clean and neat, very functional and very well equipped. The park is gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool is very nice and has a very convenient and comfortable pool house. We will be back!

We spent a family vacation in this beautiful setting. Tastefully renovated! The house is suitable for hosting many guests and the pool as well as the spa are very popular with children! We recommend it, because we have a real crush on this house.

We had a great time in this or rather very nice mansions. The "old" house is very well restored and keeps a lot of charm with these beautiful stones. It's cool indoors as well. The recent house is beautiful The fact that every host has their own bathroom was a big plus. The outdoor swimming pool is very well exposed.

Very beautiful house very well maintained. Tennis/pool/ping pong/ pétanque ... very well located for sightseeing Small downside as to a slightly busy road next door. Not inconvenient in the evening but still present. Finally a house that has an equipped kitchen with sufficient number of cutlery and dishes;-) Very happy stay. We had a lovely time at Sylvia’s place, the house and pool were stunning just like the pictures and the surrounding area was very beautiful and peaceful. Sylvia and Patrick were very considerate and responsive hosts, they even booked a restaurant for us! Highly recommended.

Ideal for hosting a large family, the house is very spacious and very well-equipped. And the garden is very beautiful at this time of year. The house is very well located for tourism nearby. Beautiful quiet place, surrounded by greenery. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

A warm welcome, clear instructions and Charlotte and her dad are very responsive. The property is large, the pool/spa area is huge with lots of activity. A poppy field lit by the sun made us a beautiful painting to admire from the sunbeds. Thank you so much for the royal welcome. We will be back.

The property was simply beautiful and very well looked after. It was the most well equipped place we ever stayed. The house looks exactly like the pictures and it is very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is great. Jean-Louis is very attentive and always responded quickly to any enquiries we had. He is a super kind person. Beautiful house, superbly equipped and ideally located, quiet but close to everything. The superb pool and air conditioning were real pluses in this hot weather. Jessica is very responsive, and gave us some great tips for discovering the region. We recommend it without hesitating.

We had a wonderful holiday in Anne Laure's house! The house, in combination with the large enclosed garden and the swimming pool was really fantastic. Lots of privacy and everything else you need. Definitely recommended !
