The village of Beynat with all its shops is 3 km away

Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, Moulin aux Ans welcomes you to its 5 cottages in all seasons. Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity. Beautiful small cottage (renovated at the end of 2019) bordered by a stream, composed of a dining area with equipped kitchen, living room giving access to a terrace on the water, shower room, separate toilet on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs.

Villa Combade

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

Comfortable eco-gite 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, tours, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products; breakfast available as an extra with reservation). Old mill (PRM accessibility) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and healing, it is undoubtedly at home.

The Moulin de la Garrigue gîte is a unique place, both for its timeless charm, its exceptional setting, its green setting, and the river that runs through the site. Miles of hiking trails surround the mill. The geographical location is ideal, located in the Périgord Noir, in Dordogne. Close to Lot and Corrèze, you can visit many sites such as the Gardens of Eyrignac, Sarlat-la-Caneda, the caves of Lascaux, Rocamadour, to name a few.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
