Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Novella dimora is an entire apartment available to our guests. We are located in a place surrounded by the greenery of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, which includes 3 other inhabited apartments, but has a separate entrance. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

Pietra apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano that dates back to 1600, located in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care & attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old & modern creates a unique, cozy & quiet atmosphere. In the same building Stefania, runs a Cooking School where to learn country style cooking.
