Everything is in walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor of my house, in a quiet cul-de-sac, park in the closed courtyard and walk for the rest. Situé centre ville de Semur en Auxois, dans un immeuble fin XVII siècle, studio indépendant de 21m2, tout équipé, rue piétonne, parking à proximité , office de tourisme, collégiale, parc de la mairie. Les commerces, sont à quelques mètres du logement ainsi que les restaurants. il n y a pas de vue panoramique mais studio très agréable.
