La Gouille est située à 1,6Km du centre commercial des Epenottes et à 1,5Km du centre-ville et du vieux Dole. C'est la campagne à la ville. Très calme ! Vous avez à votre disposition un T1 de 19m². Une chambre, une télévision, un WC, une salle d'eau, une kitchenette, un réfrigérateur, thé, café, bols, assiettes, couverts, verre, plancha, une table ainsi que deux chaises et leurs coussins, braséro, barbecue, bois. Toute votre partie est chauffée/climatisée indépendamment du reste de la maison.

Restaurants, a movie theater, and a supermarket are also within walking distance of the property. Separate entrance from the street; a terrace area is set up to enjoy the beautiful weather. We also host small, big-eared animals who will be eager to welcome you. Feel free to approach them; they are curious and love being petted.

Located in our residential building but with a separate, independent entrance in Dijon, close to the university, our 35 m² studio is just 5 minutes from the center of DIJON, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Very cozy, it features a fitness area as well as a work area. Close to shops (grocery, restaurant, pharmacy) No smoking Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the studio.
