Pretty old house comfortably equipped on the ground floor in a typical village in the heart of the Gatinais Natural Park. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and small barbecue as well as parking in the courtyard closed to the outside. The owner lives in the adjoining house. A nice hiking trail is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Milly-la-Forêt, Forêt des Trois Pignons, Barbizon and Fontainebleau nearby.

The accommodation is adjoining our main home. Access is independent. The heated pool is shared with our main dwelling and is accessible depending on the season and time (usually between June and late September).
