Pike’s Getaway was the perfect spot! Beautiful scenery with privacy but still close to Roanoke. The home was very clean, had all the necessities, and looked just like the pictures. We had 2 adults, 2 young kids, and a baby and felt like we had plenty of space. While we were having dinner on the patio a fox walked by and then the deer came out. My kids absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay again!

Pieter and Jenna’s cabin is a lovely, modern tiny home! It was a wonderful, peaceful place to stay for a weekend, and a great base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake and Peaks of Otter. The kitchenette is well stocked and the entire place is extremely clean! We enjoyed the back deck for meals, when it wasn’t raining.

The place is beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t get to enjoy it much, since my wife’s water broke on our first full day there, but the time we did, we just wanted to spend it outside relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying, the quiet and the scenery. This is definitely a place we will remember forever 😂
