The place is clean and comfortable. The AC and washing machine are in good condition. The drying function of the washing machine did helped us a lot during the long trip. The hosts are friendly. They recommended some nearby restaurants which is very useful to me. We enjoy our stay in Florence.

I really appreciated my stay here! It’s beautiful, nice part of town and very unique! Highly recommend esp if you’re a creative looking to be inspired.

Monica’s place is a beautiful apartment with very authentic furniture. She’s a very kind and helpful host. The bus can be tricky to get around but it’s 30 minutes by walking (same as the bus).

This place was perfect for our trip to Florence as a young couple! When we arrived we were met by the host who gave us a tour of the property and talked us through how to function everything from the shower to the washing machine. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had which was helpful, but we rarely needed to ask anything as so much was accommodated for by the host already. Amenities were plentiful throughout the flat, from coffee, extra towels to toilet roll which for a treat like this place helped us a a young couple. As this is the hosts home for half of the year, the place is decorated with a homely feel, while not feeling too cluttered, which meant we settled right in and felt like it was our home by the end of the week. The only downside of our time was a passing comment about English guests when we arrived (we’re from the UK) which felt unwelcoming but they were lovely for the most part and this didn’t affect our stay or how helpful they were throughout.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the host was really friendly and welcoming. He gave excellent recommendations for local things to do, which really made our trip special.

We stayed for 3 nights. Claudio was waiting for us at the door during check-in and explained everything step by step. Everything was just like in the photos. He only mentioned that the dishwasher was out of service due to a malfunction. The location is just a 3-minute walk from Florence’s main train station, and about 15–20 minutes on foot from most major attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price is on the higher side, but it's worth it. I would recommend this place.

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Paola was very helpful and responsive, and very friendly. The place was exactly what we needed - safe, clean, welcoming, and walking distance to the historic center (but without feeling overwhelmed with tourists right outside your door). Google Maps is incorrect (it will send you a block over from where the unit is), but Paola gave very clear directions for how to find the place so we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Andrea was a fabulous host. Worked with us so we could drop off our bags early. Met us in person and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely with lots of space for our family of four. Andrea also provided bottled water, bus tickets, and a bottle of wine! Totally above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a really nice stay at this cosy apartment! The apartment's very clean, comfy, and as described. The location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and quite close to the city centre as getting to anywhere is easy by walking. It also offers flexible check-in and many local recommendations. Would really recommend anyone visiting Florence soon to book at this place!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Nous avons été de suite sous le charme de cette propriété. Tout ici compose l'image qu'on peut se faire de la belle campagne Toscane. Tout en haut de la colline surplombant la vallée, la vue y est splendide et romantique. La propriété a été renovée avec le confort d'aujourd'hui tout en conservant son âme d'autrefois. On s'y sent de suite bien, l'energie est bienfaisante, la nature, les animaux, tout est en harmonie! L'accueil, la cuisine d'Oscar, la superbe piscine, la terrasse ombragée, les petits-dejeuners copieux fait maison! C'est plus qu'un coup de coeur, cet endroit est une pépite! Nous reviendrons!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!
