Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Coverciano

Eine wirklich tolle Location, abseits von Lärm und Hektik. Es hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das nächste Dorf keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Von dort ist es sehr leicht öffentlich nach Florenz zu gelangen. Es gibt einen COOP, Bäckerei und Restaurants.

Accommodations were great but the neighbors are loud (late into the night and up early)

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Lorenzo en Cristina zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het sfeervolle huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor de inwendige mens is heel goed gezorgd. De bus bij het ziekenhuis is heel gemakkelijk om snel naar en van het centrum te komen, kortom dit is een ideale plek om Firenze te verkennen. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

I had the most lovely stay at this airbnb. It was exactly like the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The 30 minutes walk to the centrum was not much, I was happy about having the airbnb outside the city centrum, so I can fully relax after a busy day. The hosts are super friendly, left something to drink and eat for my arrival and where quick to give me an answer whenever I had a question. There is also an airco, which is lovely when the nights are too hot. The styling of the airbnb made me feel right at home and everything you need in a house, kitchen or bathroom, the hosts thought about. Even insect spray was available to use. Whenever you are in Firenze, think about this airbnb. I can not wait to come back here!

Estadia maravilhosa em Florença, super recomendo! Ficamos cerca de 5 dias, local um pouco mais afastado, porém facilmente chegávamos no centro de ônibus, em cerca de 25-30min. Casa com todas as comodidades, fomos no verão europeu, bem quente e o ar condicionado do quarto excelente. Tudo limpo e cheiroso, arrumado e novo! Cama extremamente confortável, com lençóis macios. Nos sentimos em um hotel, só que melhor por ter cozinha completa, maquina de lavar roupas com sabão disponivel, itens de higiene pessoal, etc. Parabéns pela estadia. Anfitriã educada e acessível!

Giovanni and llenia were the best hosts I've come across. From their immaculate apartment to cleanliness and stocked fridge was unmatched. Thank you for providing a home away from our home! One of the best Airbnbs you will find! The place was very spacious and had everything we could have needed. It was in a great location and Gianna was an amazing host. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Florence!

We loved this little haven in the middle of the busy city. The apartment was beautiful. As soon as you walk in you feel a sense of calm. The little loft area is so cool and fun. The bedroom is perfect and quiet. I’d say the only thing we needed was water glasses but other than that the apartment was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice new apartment in Florence. In a residential area close to the center and close to the Campo Di Marte station. Lorenzo is well organize, flexible and clear in the communication.

"Charming Jewel" is squeaky clean and centrally located within easy walking distance of popular historical sites, as well as high-end shopping. It is tastefully furnished and includes lovely kitchen supplies and ample towels. My favorite aspect of "Charming Jewel" is the tall and expansive windows. In terms of communication, Riccardo is efficient and attentive. "Charming Jewel" is the peaceful, luxurious retreat I will now recommend to fellow Firenze travelers and where I'll stay when I return!

フィレンツェの宿泊所の中で特に安かった。 1人用の部屋だったが、Andreaに2人で宿泊していいか確認したら快く承諾してくれた。 駅からとても近く、重い荷物をすぐに置けた点でロケーションは◯ ドォーモ等主要な観光地からもそんなに遠くない。 部屋は狭いけれど、日本でいう1kの一人暮らしの部屋と変わらない。むしろ居心地がよかった。 キッチンの設備が整っていたので、市場で食材を買い、調理して食べられた！そこが一番嬉しかった点！

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Great location which was walkable to all of the main sights of Florence. The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home. Giovanni was very responsive answered any questions we had. Thank you!

Chiara and Simone’s place was spotless, beautifully organized, and just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed for our 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, most places were within walking distance or easily reached by the 23 bus. They were accommodating with our check-in time, considering our flight’s arrival time. Simone kindly welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything clearly. They also provided a helpful map and a list of great local restaurant recommendations. We’d be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Florence! :)

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

The place was spotless. Even though the place is outside of Florenence downtown, it was very easy to visit the downtown with public transportation. The availability of parking space is plus. I highly recommend the place.

Ce bel appartement confortableb et sa terrasse avec vue sur Florence sont parfaits pour découvrir la ville. Le centre historique est accessible rapidement grâce à plusieurs lignes de bus mais le soir vous êtes au calme à proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires pour s'organiser de jolies soirées sur la terrasse. Paola est une femme charmante qui n'hésite pas à partager ses bons plans à Florence.

Loved the location of this apartment. Walking distance to the Duomo and close proximity to restaurants and shops. Apartment is very clean, equipped with dishwasher and a washing machine and AC worked so well. The beds are so comfy. The view of the Duomo from the patio is priceless from am to pm. I could never get tired of that view!!! The hosts were very attentive with whatever we needed and also gave us recommendations of good restaurants. Bottomline I would stay again in this place!!! So worth it!!!
