It's close to the square where you can watch the sunset, and other attractions are within walking distance. It's a very convenient location. The house is spacious, which is very satisfying. I will choose this accommodation next time I come.

This home was so beautiful and homey. The view was lovely, the place was very clean and tidy and in a very good location. Only one thing to mention is that it had 4 flight of stairs and no elevator which was not initially mentioned. The shower which was a bathtub was quite small as well but it was manageable. Otherwise, the place was flawless and not noisy at all and fit thr 4 of us quite comfortably.

Had a great time at Andrea’s place! Good size for a couple (+dog), loved the neighborhood full of places to eat and close to the old town center. Was also easy to park close to the apartment at a public parking place recommended by the host. Would definitely stay there again.

The host's apartment is very clean and tidy, spacious, and prepared some of the things we needed for me and the kids, such as bread, fruit, purified water, kitchen supplies, etc.You need to take a bus to get to the city.There is a bus stop not far downstairs, and there is a large supermarket for us to buy necessities.The pizza place recommended by the host is also delicious.Totally recommend it.

Monica’s place is a beautiful apartment with very authentic furniture. She’s a very kind and helpful host. The bus can be tricky to get around but it’s 30 minutes by walking (same as the bus).

This place was perfect for our trip to Florence as a young couple! When we arrived we were met by the host who gave us a tour of the property and talked us through how to function everything from the shower to the washing machine. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had which was helpful, but we rarely needed to ask anything as so much was accommodated for by the host already. Amenities were plentiful throughout the flat, from coffee, extra towels to toilet roll which for a treat like this place helped us a a young couple. As this is the hosts home for half of the year, the place is decorated with a homely feel, while not feeling too cluttered, which meant we settled right in and felt like it was our home by the end of the week. The only downside of our time was a passing comment about English guests when we arrived (we’re from the UK) which felt unwelcoming but they were lovely for the most part and this didn’t affect our stay or how helpful they were throughout.

Ilaria was very friendly, made us feel at home, always responded quickly to everything we needed and gave us many instructions for help. The house was very clean and looked as it was in the pictures.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Impeccable hospitality from Maria Grazia and her husband, always present with discretion, available and welcoming. The house is extremely comfortable, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. A really positive experience, which we highly recommend.

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

Paola was very helpful and responsive, and very friendly. The place was exactly what we needed - safe, clean, welcoming, and walking distance to the historic center (but without feeling overwhelmed with tourists right outside your door). Google Maps is incorrect (it will send you a block over from where the unit is), but Paola gave very clear directions for how to find the place so we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Andrea was a fabulous host. Worked with us so we could drop off our bags early. Met us in person and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely with lots of space for our family of four. Andrea also provided bottled water, bus tickets, and a bottle of wine! Totally above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A quiet place, easy to access, supermarkets and transport nearby that connect you with the whole city. Conveniently located but without the hustle and bustle of the center. A plus because it has a laundry room and air conditioning. Everything went very well and Liana was very attentive and was always available. Thank you!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Tina and Diego are very welcoming hosts and always available to help you during your stay. The accommodation itself is very nice, with its small garden. It has absolutely everything you need for a great stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet, but yet very close to all the cultural and tourist places of the city. Everything is done on foot without problems. An ideal setting to discover the beautiful city of Florence.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

Ettore was proactively helpful, responsive and lovely. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well centralized to the historical attractions and the tub was a lovely way to unwind after the day of site seeing. We will hopefully have the opportunity to stay again and very much enjoyed our family time in Florence with this unbelievable apartment and amenities!
