Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

I wish we could give more stars! A wonderful place with even better hosts. Delightful hosts and a beautiful location. We could not have hoped for more.

The apartment was very nice and well located for the main attractions. we walked everywhere easily.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Great stay, located in the heart of Florence. Host was flexible with letting us drop bags early for free. Any issues that popped up, they were very quick to work with us to fix. Would recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

Cinzia’s place was a wonderful little apartment. It had everything you could need and more for a short visit. We were able to get help finding a driver to the winery nearby, and she was very accommodating despite having an unforeseen issue with her shower due to her last guest before us. Besides that it was a great place very scenic and close to Florence. Would recommend to anyone looking to see the winery nearby or visit Florence.

Massimiliano’s place was incredible. Quite a few stairs up to the apartment (but is the same as all stays in the region). The view from the balcony is unbelievably worth it and the 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed a night up there with local wine and the sunset. The bedrooms were quite spacious with room for suitcases to remain open, and shared spaces throughout the apartment were generous enough for the small time spent inside. Thank you Max!

This Airbnb is incredible — you cannot beat the location or the views from the terrace! The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and everything in the apartment was in great shape. Would absolutely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful view of Florence it provides. Elisabetta gave clear instructions for check-in and made sure to reach out to us during the day to confirm everything was going well.

The house is located at convenient but quiet street, walkable to the major places of interests and there are restaurants around the house. The house is spacious, clean and nice to stay. It is great to have breakfast or coffee in the morning in the kitchen with a good view of backyard. The team responds quickly too. The only little thing is about water pressure. If you were showering while using the wash machine, the water pressure is quite low. But it is understandable and manageable. No need to worry too much.

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! Thank you both for sharing your home with us!

Marco’s place had absolutely beautiful views and was in the perfect location. All the major attractions were within walking distance and there was an elevator to bring up luggage which was a nice surprise. The balcony is the show stopper and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a beautiful village. We had some problems, but we talked to Paolo and he solved them right away. We were very comfortable. I recommend it.

Mateo is really kind and has a good impression. We had a great time in Florence thanks to Matteo. The balcony in his house was the best experience. Thank you, Mr. Mateo, for being so kind. If I visit Florence again, I would love to see you again.

My wife and I had an amazing few days in Florence and a big part of that was our choice in apartment! Simona's listing had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, and it's in an absolutely perfect location directly in the center of Florence! The apartment itself was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet (being thats its directly adjacent to a busy Piazza with lots of shops & restaurants). Simona was super communicative, left us a personal surprise upon arrival, and even reached out after our first night to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. Unbelievable service! I'll finish off by stressing again that the location could not have been more ideal! We were literally right down the street from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery, and there are SO many things to see and do just within a few minutes walk of the front door. I can and will highly highly recommend Simona's listing to all of my friends and family who wish to spend some time in Florence.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful place to call home while in Florence. It had everything we needed and more. Sveva had wonderful recommendations that perfected our time in Florence. Coffee and gelato are steps away from the front door. SMN is an easy 10 minute walk, everything that we could have possibly needed was all in walking distance. We loved meeting everyone, and even had an opportunity to tour the museum, which was stunning. We will be staying here every time we come to Florence. Thank you Sveva!

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. Very clean, comfortable and great location in Florence. Will be telling friends and family to stay at this Airbnb if they ever visit Florence.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.
