Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Coverciano

Very interesting place just on the outskirt of town. Easy to checkin and find - on a bit of a tricky road. The place is super vintage and unique dating back several hundred years. The host was very nice. I'd probably stay in the city next time so I can just walk, but as long as you have a car you're set.

El alojamiento es increíble es verdad que queda un pelín lejos del centro pero hay un bus con el que puedes ir. La comunicación perfecta, la limpieza y el estado del piso. Como único punto negativo, hay late check-in, si llegas más tarde de una hora determinada te cobran 40€, para que lo sepa el resto de visitantes. Aún así merece la pena en relación calidad-precio.

Francesca was wonderful, friendly and kind, extending our stay after flight cancellation and helping us with local recommendations and bookings. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and private. It has been renovated to the highest standards. The photos do not show all its beauty and scale. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the entire space stayed cool, despite the hot weather outside. Amenities were excellent.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Andrea. Suite à un correspondance manquée, je suis arrivé plus tard que prévu et Andrea m'a fait parvenir toutes les instructions nécessaires pour mon arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux, situé à 2 pas de la gare de Campo di Marte, et juste à côté d'une supérette. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Andrea a eu la gentillesse de me prévenir pour la réservation des musées, quasiment obligatoire pour pouvoir y rentrer en pleine saison. Un super séjour !

Monia’s place was very walkable to the train station. Just 5-6 mins away. The home was huge, beautiful and very clean with a beautiful and big balcony. A supermarket was also within 5 minutes distance to buy groceries and also a nice gelato place enroute the train station. Bathroom and kitchen had all the amenities just like a home would and probably more than we needed. Monia was also kind to let us check in a bit earlier as we arrived before the check in time. Check out instructions were clear too. Overall, value for money for the lovely house.

This is a lovely and well equipped small house/apartment in the outskirts of Florence and very close to Settignano. Easy to find, conveniently located, near Villa I Tatti and a small village area (Ponte a Mensola) with a few shops, looking out over a park with walking trails and athletic fields. Elisabetta and her parents are extremely kind and helpful with evey detail.

The location is unbeatable – the apartment is in the Oltrarno neighbourhood, which itself is amazing (lots of small bars and cafes) and slightly less crowded than the touristy neighbourhoods on the other side of the river, but it’s also only a short walk away from the main sights of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio or the Uffizi gallery. It’s also very easy to reach from the airport / Santa Maria Novella train station. There’s a small supermarket in the adjacent building and a bus stop in front of the house where the apartment is located. The flat has all you need for a few-day stay in Florence, it is spacious (there were three of us) and clean. And it has a small balcony overlooking the Arno River :) The hosts are very helpful and responsive but at the same time not intrusive. It’s simply the best place to stay at in Florence!

Lucrezia was so so lovely and incredibly helpful, an amazing host who went above and beyond to help myself and my friends with anything we needed, we would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful place again ❤️

Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

We had two weeks in this beautiful place and area. The house is big with a good atmosphere and fitter well for our family and two dogs. They could run and stay in the garden while we were enjoying the views, cooking and good wine. Patrizia is a great host and keeps up the house and garden with a lot of love and attendance. We certainly want to come back in spring or autisme when temperatures are a little lower.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Danke Pietro für unseren schönen Aufenthalt in deinem Zuhause in Casole! Wer die Chianti-Gegend in all seiner Authentizität erleben will, der ist bei Pietro genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen, dafür in der wunderschönen rauen Natur von Chianti. Von dort aus kann man viele Weingüter erkunden, aber auch wandern und schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Pietro sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank!

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

Alloggio consigliatissimo, ci ha davvero colpito per la sua pulizia e in generale l’appartamento è davvero molto carino. Lorenzo è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è vicino a una fermata del tram, comodissimo per visitare la città. Consigliamo a tutti di alloggiare qui per visitare Firenze!

Fatmira as a host was very responsive, the apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Location is good and main attractions of Florence was in just 10 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and bars. Great supermarket is right next to the apartment.

El alojamiento es mejor que lo que se percibe por fotos! Está muy bien equipado, es amplio y limpio. Carla es muy amable y está a disposición. Fue una hermosa estadía.

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
