Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, and a small garden. Easy parking in front of the house. Many small details such as photographs, artwork, pillows, candles and books give the environment personality. When you return from your excursions, relax and have an aperitif in the lovely back garden. The 100 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of an old villa on Via di San Domenico at no. 37 that leads from Piazza Edison to San Domenico up to Fiesole. The villa is located in an interior of Via di San Domenico, a quiet and reserved place; on one side it overlooks a small equipped garden and on the other a quiet and protected courtyard of our property. The apartment is new, renovated with taste and refinement. Perfect for two couples of friends and for a family with children. Accommodates up to seven people. The apartment consists of: large living room with sofa bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed; a beautiful large and bright kitchen with dining table overlooking the garden; a first double bedroom with air conditioning, overlooking the garden and equipped with a private bathroom with shower; a second double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the internal courtyard. A second large bathroom with shower. The apartment is completed by a small garden at your disposal, full of plants and flowers, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are welcome in our apartment, the floors are made of oak parquet and the walls are painted in the delicate shade of dove gray. We have renovated and furnished this apartment with great care and attention to detail. You will find sheets and towels; soap, shower gel and hairdryer; iron and ironing board.
