Holiday rentals with a patio in Crécy-la-Chapelle

This truly is the "Best Spot in Paris"! Danielle's flat was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly-situated just off one of the most interesting (and delicious) streets in Paris. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip! Danielle was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Paulo is fantastic and kind. I would stay with him again. Highly recommend for those wanting to be outside of Paris but still accessible.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the neighborhood feel. It felt like we were living in Paris and not on vacation. So many food shops, small bistros and a few bars. Ezequiel was very responsive to questions, easy to get into the apartment and the apartment felt safe and secure. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

We stayed in Dan's apartment and had a great experience. The place is very well used, comfortable, clean and decorated with a lot of affection. We had everything we needed, and we thought it was better than staying in a hotel. The villa accommodates a couple and one other person or child very well. Bed linens were clean and smelling. We did not stay long in the apartment, since our focus was to get to know Paris and visit Disney, which is very close, about 20 minutes by car. It is important to have a car to move around the region more easily. Dan was super attentive throughout the stay, and he still gifted us with fresh eggs from his chickens, which was a very special gesture. We recommend it!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Great apartment, clean, bright. Accommodation and finding the apartment is extremely easy. Walking distance from Disneyland, or 5 minutes by bus. The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The most amazing thing for me and my family is the terrace overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden, after a long day, that was the best part. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and respond very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely look for you again the next time we visit Paris. I recommend this apartment!

The accommodation is very well located: RER nearby, banks of the Marne. The apartment is well arranged, it has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils etc. And the hosts are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you for everything!
