Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Antonella was super responsive and nice, allowed me to check in early as the apartment was ready, she gave me tons of local restaurant and bar recommendations, too! The studio was bright and sunny, wry clean. Easy walk to everything in Modena. Thanks, Antonella!

Ideal accommodation for a traveler, comfortable for a good night's sleep as in a hotel room, Elisabetta's pleasant welcome as well! The surrounding streets are beautiful and pleasant, a small lively neighborhood with many bars and restaurants close by. The building is peaceful and the accommodation is courtyard-facing. The historic center is just around the corner. Impeccable bathroom and bedroom, neat linen. As stated in the listing, the room does not have a kitchen, but a small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave that can help. Elisabetta lives in the building and responds to any need with kindness, while leaving the field open. I highly recommend it, especially for a business trip, and hope to be Elisabetta's guest in the near future!

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. Great stay — would recommend with enthusiasm and would stay again. Alberto was helpful and friendly in every way — met us in person, helped with bags, offered bikes to ride in the city, proactively offered early arrival and late departure, terrific local recommendations, etc. we would have been happy to have dinner with him. A gracious and very generous host, and a lovely property.

Giovanni is communicative & supportive . He welcomed us & took us through his homely unit. He provided sound instructions regarding security & waste disposal. Whilst the unit is a distance from tho centre of Bologna, it is conveniently located near a bus stop & a large supermarket.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!
