We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The Apartement that we got in the villa was absolutely beautiful. Alessandro is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Just be aware, that this place should not be booked if you‘re not traveling by car. Otherwise absolutely lovely place out in nature to relax.

It is as described. If you want a nice place to stay and a clean pool - this is the place. The rest is - but better by car - accessible (cafe, supermarket, etc.) The hosts are very warm and friendly and live directly on the ground floor of the guest house.

Everyone in our group loved the villa, inside and outside especially the pool and the view.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Maria's beautiful house on Lake Vagli. The location right on the reservoir is simply fantastic and offers a breathtaking view. The place is very cozy and well equipped – nothing was missing! The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts is particularly noteworthy. We were immediately supported with any question or request. Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Huge and very clean house with well-kept outdoor spaces and comfortable interiors, nothing was missing. Host Gianna is fantastic, she did more than her duty. Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious... with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Great host - lots of valuable tips and recommendations, even a nice local gift! The house has been recently renovated very tastefully, had all we needed. Area has great views, is very quiet and peaceful! Weekend there is a restaurant 5min walk distance which had great food, nice atmosphere. other places are further and reachable by car. all in all - we would return for a nice relaxing stay!

Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

A cozy location just outside the city center

We only stayed one night because we were passing through, but the guys treated us very well and the landscape is beautiful. if we ever travel to that area again, we will definitely return. thank you very much (also from the furry one)

Tiziana and Roberto are wonderful hosts. They were communicative and friendly. Their listing is completely comfortable and well equipped. It is also very close to Bologna but secluded and out of the way of the busy city.

A wonderful address on the edge of the old town of Mantova. Absolutely quiet located in a sack road, the center is within minutes walking distance. The house itself is very tastefully decorated in the 60s style and at the same time practically; it has everything you need. We stayed at Maison B for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Good bed! Only the bathroom is a little small compared to the other rooms. Great value! Therefore: Clear recommendation for one of the most beautiful AirBnBs we have ever visited!!

Carla was great. Carla and Stefano met us in person and walked us through the house. This worked much better than our other Airbnbs which we stayed at. Casa Vittoria was very clean and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes. Overall it was a great stay.
