Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

The accommodation Rosemary is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Meditterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. Aside from a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house. p.s We dont charge any fees for your pet!
