Monthly Rentals in Crocino

We were guests at Alessia's with my partner 10 days, a nice apartment as described and we were also able to bring our cats safely. Alessia gave us many tips on activities both in the area and by car to Cecina or Rosignano. The cutting boards and focaccia of the shack are fabulous so even without getting around you can eat very well at an honest price. If the opportunity happens, we will definitely come back to you. Highly recommended

The place is really wonderful and perfect for e.g. several couples, as each room has its own bathroom. The sun can be enjoyed in the beautiful outdoor area and pool. However, you should not be bothered by frogs that even at night. The well-equipped kitchen and barbecue make the place perfect. The only downside was the neighbors barking dogs in the early morning hours, but with closed windows it's fine. The house is only accessible via a rocky gravel path, but it is possible if you follow the directions from Massimiliano:) Otherwise, you can easily reach cities such as Livorno, Pisa or Lucca from the house by car. Overall a clear recommendation for home and host!

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

Simone is a very warm host who is always available and has many good tips! Check-in and check-out were straightforward. The apartment is large, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Only air conditioning would have been nice for the warm nights. Simone was also ready to accommodate us when we changed our plans and wanted to leave on a different day. Anyone who has Simone as a host can count themselves lucky!
