Private boat ramp within the subdivision. 24-hour fishing capability from the pier. Community Pool to enjoy in subdivision. Only one small pet is allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town.

PLEASE NOTE: Steps on the porches and the kitchen means this is not a rental for people who have mobility challenges. Additionally pets are not allowed.
