Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

This was a great find for my family of four and our dog. We enjoyed the sunny balcony and patio in the morning and lots of nice touches, especially the handmade pottery. The house is very handy for the beach, Pleasure wood Hills and our favourite places in Corton and it has the added bonus of free use of the pool and a friendly restaurant/clubhouse where we went for coffee everyday. Great value!

A complete ‘away from it all’ stay in a beautifully peaceful location with great walks along the cliff tops in either direction. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable and the Welcome Pack was much appreciated. There was lots to do and see in the area. When there was a small problem with an appliance not working Rural Retreats responded quickly getting an electrician to visit the next day.

What a great find! Mark was extremely friendly, helpful and a good communicator. The accommodation was a good size for two and very dog friendly. It was clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was little space in the kitchen for our food and drink, though the fridge freezer was a good size. The large rear windows are quite a feature but on sunny days it did get very warm inside. The rear courtyard is a good size and the BBQ was a real bonus. The bathroom is large as is the shower. As mentioned in the details, the owner’s house does adjoin the accommodation and has rooms above. The local pub, tea rooms, restaurant and nearby beach are great and all within a few minutes walk. Having a Sky box gives quite a lot of TV options. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

What a wonderful place for a quiet peaceful break. It was immaculately presented and pristine. There were fresh cut flowers on the table and the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise. Thank you so much for everything Georgie, we had an amazing time. Ron.👍

Excellent place would highly recommend. House came with plenty of things to keep us entertainer despite the rainy weather.

We had a fabulous stay, so much to see and do locally. The bluebells at NT Blickling were a highlight. The barn was well equipped and set in spacious grounds. Chris’ dogs were especially welcoming, absolutely adorable.

We had a lovely stay at our Air BnB in Cromer over the christmas break. Our host Sophie, was quick to respond to our messages and kindly left us a mini selection of christmas welcome nibbles! The house was clean and cosy. Space for 2 cars. Beach was only a few minutes walk away. As mentioned the stairs were very steep. Some ceilings / doorways were low. So us tall people were bending down a lot! We could not use the wifi during our stay. The signal was very weak. We mentioned this and the host said the walls are thick so could block the signal. Overall we had a lovely christmas stay. Thank you, we look forward to visiting Cromer again!

Beautiful holiday cottage with all the essentials to make it feel like a home from home. A short walk away you will find breathtaking views of Tringingham beach from the cliff tops. Cromer is only 10 minutes away in the car where there is lots to see and do, the cottage is an ideal located to visit the north Norfolk coast.

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Had a lovely few days in Mundesley, ideal place for a family and clean, well equipped property. 4th stay and keep coming back, says something about the property and the host.

What a wonderful home. Easy to get too, clean and tidy. And only a few minutes walk from the beach. Loads of room in the house as well and would easily accommodate 6. I would fully recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Cromer.

Cosy bungalow in a peaceful, quiet location. Exactly as described in the listing and Ian replied quickly to any questions that we had. For walkers it's very close to the Norfolk Coastal Path if you want a hike. There's a Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop (both great food) about 200m away and either a 15 minute walk or short drive to Cromer town centre. Everything was comfortable in the bungalow, good entertainment from the TV package and the wood burning stove was lovely and warm as well. All in all a great place to stay.

Beautifully presented. Well equipped. Flexible for people with dogs, loads of space for them to move around. Yet it was very clean throughout and all bedrooms comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfect. Children’s area, hot tub, BBQ and importantly for us, peace and quiet. The views are outstanding and I would certainly recommend and come back. Thank you for having us

We had a truly faultless stay – the barn had everything we could possibly need and more. The guide provided was incredibly helpful, with excellent local recommendations that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Emma gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. Our 19-month-old and dog were both really well catered for – the stair gates, toys, and secure private garden made a huge difference and helped us all relax. There’s a balcony overlooking the fields which both our child and dog loved looking out from. The fresh eggs from Emma’s chickens were a real highlight each morning. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Emma has clearly put a lot of care into creating a fantastic experience for guests. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Sanderlings in Weybourne. The house was immaculate and looks even better than the photos, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden. It is just a short walk to the village pub and shop, and a further 10 minutes or so to the beach. We were particularly impressed with the detailed online instructions from the hosts that gave us all the information that we required for our stay. Highly recommended!
