The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. You live in a private 1 room apartment, about 27 square meters, private bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped, dining area, bed 90x200cm, sat 50 inch UHD TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2) Decoration: Space & Lunar In the area you will find mountains for hiking, Hutberg and bike paths

Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Natürliche Materialien bieten ein angenehmes Raumklima. Aussergewöhnliche Fundstücke prägen das Design. Die Badewanne ist das zentrale Element des Raumes. Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Nestled in the historic structure of a lovingly preserved farm, our house uniquely combines tradition and contemporary comfort. In the basement, the original preserved granite construction impresses, which breathes not only charm but also history. The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
