It has 2 bedrooms & is able to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds & a top bunk bed.

The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Great outdoor space for entertaining with a hot tub, lots of seating, grill, fish cleaning station and an outdoor shower!

The house sits in a good place to reach all parts of the peninsula. Outside there are chairs to sit and talk, a playscape for the children, and a luggage lift you can use for an extra fee.
