Kick back and relax in this new construction, modern, stylish home. Located in the heart of downtown Conroe. Extremely close to great dining, entertainment, and the Conroe convention center. About 15 minutes from Lake Conroe, this vacation will be one to remember! Enjoy a movie on the rooftop under the stars or make memories around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard. The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Modern Forest Unit A

Drive through the forest on a short gravel road and come to a surprisingly modern building. With high ceilings, lots of windows, a separate office (with fiber internet), large closet, and back porch with outside storage. With a pond to fish, feel like you are out in the country but only 8 miles to HEB (Supermarket) 7 miles to charming downtown Conroe. With restaurants, a Brewery a Meadery, lots of live music and many other activities. 17 miles has you eating dinner waterfront on Lake Conroe.

Quiet bedroom with king sized bed & set of twin bunks . Separate entrance through garage provides privacy. There are not shared spaces, but the guest suite is connected to our home.
