Wonderful, quaint simple farmhouse with nice decor, trees & acres! 1898 home updated 2008. Central Air and new heating system 7/21/24 Yeah!!! WiFi as of 8/25!!! Main floor-full bed 2 quests . Two firm futons in adjoining living room great for children. Teens & adult guests are welcome to stay upstairs Queen and twin bed. No children please upstairs - steep steps and no protected windows. FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

The Carriage House

Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV. Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.
