Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
