Apartment holiday rentals in Dartmouth

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Justine was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped , slightly away from the bustle of town but easy walking distance to everything Dartmouth h has to offer. Exactly as described.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clarence House, from start to finish. The house is stunning, spacious and spotlessly clean with a homely feel. The location is great for all to see and do in Dartmouth and Jen was a brilliant host. Cannot recommend enough and could not have asked for more!

Christopher is a wonderful host and we’ve had an amazing time staying in his beautiful apartment. There is so much to see and do, a few places to mention include the river boat to Totnes, a stroll to Dartmouth castle, visit to Dartmouth museum - brilliant - highly recommended, Rockfish fish & chips and visits to the creperie…delicious…. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at Dawn's beautiful apartment. Everything you need is provided, and everything is spotlessly clean and impressively well presented. And there is private, off-street parking on the enormous driveway immediately outside the apartment. Dawn clearly goes the extra mile to ensure that her guests have the best experience possible, and we felt really privileged to be able to enjoy what is probably the nicest and best presented accommodation we have ever stayed in. The coastal paths that run close by provide some of the most beautiful walks and sea views. We covered 10 miles on our first day, and had some great times exploring the coastline and discovering some beautiful coves where we were able to swim in almost complete privacy at this time of year (June), thanks also to the wonderful weather which was good to us during our stay. Whether you like walking, or exploring the sights by car, I would highly recommend Dawn's apartment as a base.

We had a wonderfully relaxing few days here, especially being able to park the car and just leave it. The views from the property are superb, making it hard to leave. We also enjoyed the lapping water noises. It's an easy walk into town and, in the other direction, out to the Castle and coast path, or over to Kingswear on the ferry. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

Great little accommodation, me and my sister booked for my mom and dads anniversary as they love Dartmouth, they loved there long weekend stay and was very appreciative of all the hosts help and lovely property

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location close to Burrator reservoir and open moorland. Really close to Plymouth & Tavistock. The Burrator Inn is close by who has a great menu and 🍻. Check in was painless and the accommodation was perfect. I met the family and all really lovely people. Will rebook and see you again soon.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
