Situated in a quiet residential area only a 5-10 minute walk from the park, beach and village centre. Bed linen, towels and basic first necessities are provided. The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
