Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

The unit below is currently undergoing work, some noise is to be expected. Only during daytime hours :)

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. The house was exactly what my family needed and more. The basement was the best part for my grandkids and the backyard was so cute and had so much room for the kids to play. we didn't get to use firepit or grill but we plan on it next time for sure. we will be returning more in the future. best place for a family to stay and so accommodating for your needs. Also don't let me forget how comfortable the beds were and the amazing shower. Thank you for the amazing stay! see you soon!

This was the perfect place for our larger group to be together for a few days. Nice large living room, kitchen and dining room so we could all move around. Great yard and the stream was a hit with the kids. Carol provided everything we needed to enjoy the bonfire including lots of chairs and bug spray.

We had an amazing experience at Renee’s place in Beavercreek! Renee was a fantastic host—she communicated quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Beavercreek. Thank you, Renee, for making our trip so enjoyable!
