Great home, amazing pool & a 3 minute walk to the beach! House had everything you could ask for & more!!! Hosts were helpful, kind & courteous! Excellent communication. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the house at the pool, enjoying the view and the comforts of the home. We spent one day at the beach which was a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. We also enjoyed New Smyrna beach which was about a 30 minute drive. I got up early every morning and enjoyed the peaceful sunrise on the dock. I even saw a dolphin! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

The house was excellent and as described. We loved the open kitchen and space. Everything was clean and our family get together turned out to be so much fun in this space. Hubby and I went for our morning walks around the neighborhood and in the parks nearby. Pool was refreshing, hammock was a nice touch and our family spent hours having our own ping pong tournament. It is a great space for a family to spend and enjoy time together. Super close to the ocean, Embry Riddle (where our son graduated), grocery stores and mini golf. We will definitely stay again. One thing- the living room is sunken, so there is a step down in and out of the kitchen and dining room on both sides…not a problem for us, but good to know ahead of time. We definately recommend!

We had such a great stay! It was easy to locate, the location is right in the middle of everything, close to beach, plenty to do if you leave the house or stay. The car port was nice for when it was raining. Pool was great! The pool has higher level sides, so it made it easier to not worry about little ones in the pool in the deeper end. * WITH SUPERVISION * ! The house was very clean, and spacious. The lights outside were cute, we did use to grill with no problems! We were able to feel at home away from home. There is a train in the back yard basically, only goes by a couple times nothing to worry about. The host had great communication, I was so pleased I never checked the app to see if kept checking on us. Which was very welcoming! (I apologize for not replying lol). Overall I would 100% recommend and return to stay again. Thank you for having us 💕

Great place to stay, the host is responsive and helpful. The backyard is super cute and a fun hang out spot, the kids loved it. The extra bathroom is super convenient. Ocean center can get a little busy so expect some traffic in front of the house but it’s overall not too busy. Also super easy and quick walk to the beach and boardwalk shops.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and the pool was literally lived in for most of our stay, so the extra floaties were a nice touch! The hosts were always quick to respond and extremely helpful/sweet. I would highly recommend to anyone! I even stopped to sign the guest book with a review before checking out, that's just how good our stay was!

Had a great time here! I was pleasantly surprised that Alberto had a stocked kitchen with basic spices so we could cook at home AND the bathroom stocked with clean, folded towels and little soaps/shampoos just like if we were in a hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The only feedback my guest shared with me was that she would've preferred opaque curtains for the place to feel more private - but truly no complaints! Alberto was a great and responsive host.

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The place was absolutely perfect. The beach was so nice and hardly crowded even on memorial weekend!! We really enjoyed the outside patio with the long table to seat all our family. We BBQ and had a great time laughing with family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We enjoyed playing the games you provided. It was just absolutely perfect. Quick and Great communication with any questions/concerns we had. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you again!

The view of the deep blue from living room is spectacular, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and whale watching with a cup of coffee every morning from living room. Kids had so much fun and they felt home the minute we walked inside the house. very glad we found this place and can't wait for the next stay.

Spot - on. Clean. Perfect for families. Nicely appointed. Peaceful safe neighborhood. Minutes from some of the best beach venues. Close to restaurants. I highly recommend it. This spot is on my favorites now.

Erica’s place was absolutely perfect! It was close to the beach! It was nice to have your own space to come back to after a long day at the beach! It was perfect during Jeep beach, you didn’t have to worry about having somewhere to park every night like you would at a hotel!

Words can’t even describe how great of a stay we had! Phenomenal! Great host spotless never felt more at home! Very responsive and helpful. This was I’d say the very best airbnb we have stayed at! They had every thing needed for the beach bikes,umbrellas, chairs, beach carts just everything above an beyond! My fiance Got to meet craig in person wondeful dude! Definitely will be staying with them every chance we get!!!! Thanks craig!

AWESOME LOCATION. Only a block or so from beach. Close enuff to the excitement of boardwalk, the strip, & beach, but far away enuff not to hear the noise at night. Calixte was VERY RESPONSIVE & ACCOMMODATING to our needs. 1st time staying at an Airbnb that had GREAT COOKING PANS (Ninja). Kids wished the bunk beds were a lil softer & thicker, but it did what we needed it to do. They also needed blankets for the bunk beds. WiFi could've been a tad faster, but we had several devices on it not including the smart TVs that were there. My only recommendation would be to invest in sharper knives (we bought a sharpener to make them work) & the space needs a can opener. Petty things. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed ourselves.

The house was very clean and easy to find.

Great spot. Steps from the beach with a direct view of the beach from the house. This is truly beachfront. Very convenient. Nice place, well appointed, roomy, and pics of the place were accurate.

Carlos was an awesome host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and didn't make me feel awkward for asking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, respect the neighbors they respect you. GREAT place to sit back, relax and fish. While there we caught 1 small snook, 2 reds a crab on a fishinf line lol and some catfish. Once my husband and I got there we only left twice cause we forgot things at home. We were really sad to have to leave and if there ever comes a time we would love to stay again❣️

The house is so beauitful, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well lit which was a huge help since our flight arrived after dark. The neighborhood is well maintained, minutes to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Loved this stay, even felt safe alone here. The showers were great!

Samantha’s place is a lovely hidden gem. The place was lovely, clean, peaceful, and centrally located. Samantha was always friendly and responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer but hopefully we can visit again.
