“Life is better here”Daytona Beach Shores

From August /November 2025, due to milestone restauration of building the balconies are not available! Also pool and gym and laundry. Our studio is a one room place with a bathroom and small area kitchen for light cooking. Balcony is facing the ocean and studio is located on 5th floor. CVS across the street, 7-11 (200 Ft). Our Deck Down Under at Dunlawton bridge is the best for a full meal or for drinks and snacks (sunset watch is free) Pool is in process of remodeling not open at the moment

The Best View Of Pool And Ocean

We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. Enjoy the new 75" TV and the oversized comfortable chair with ottoman. The table allows for dining and also for working. Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day.

Breathtaking Ocean View Suite w/ Spacious Balcony!

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Bookings for oct thru nov. may not have balcony access, due to concrete repairs. extra low pricing due to this. Pool Is Closed. This is a true 1 bedroom King bed Airbnb. We are Ocean Front on the Top 7th floor. Plenty of room to relax and rest! One bedroom and one bathroom w/ shower/tub. One king bed where you can see the beach from bed and a Queen air mattress for use. We have kitchenette with full size refrigerator and an oven and stove. with all needs to cook and prepare meals.
